It?s that time again! Bring a Friend Week is one of our favorite events of the year?a chance to share the fun, energy, and community that makes Blackbird special.
Longtime member ready to bring a friend? Former member missing the vibe? New to CrossFit and curious? This week is for YOU!

- Members: Share your love for fitness?bring your friends, family, and coworkers!
- Former Members: Come back for a week of free classes and rediscover your spark.
- New Faces: This is your sign to finally give CrossFit a try?no pressure, no cost, just fun!

Our expert coaches will guide you every step of the way?demonstrating movements, scaling workouts to your fitness level, and keeping things safe, accessible, and fun.
You can attend any class time that fits your schedule . Come every day or just a few?whatever works for you!
Once you register, we?ll send you details on how to sign up for your classes each day.
? Class Schedule
- Monday?Friday: 5:30am, 6:30am, 8am, 9:30am, Noon, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm ( no 7pm Friday )
- Saturday: Open Gym 8?10am (optional group workout at 9:15am ? arrive by 8:55am)
- Child Care: Saturdays 9?10am
- Bonus: Tuesday 6pm Yoga ? the perfect recovery & mobility combo!
