We believe building healthy habits early sets the foundation for a strong, confident future. Our long-running CrossFit Kids program is designed for ages 5–13 to help improve body awareness, movement skills, and overall athleticism—in a fun, supportive environment.
Whether your child wants to get stronger, move better, or level up in their sport, our workouts blend strength training, cardio, speed & agility, bodyweight movements, gymnastics, and games—all tailored to kids of all fitness levels.
Program Details
Strength & Conditioning
Develop true athleticism by training all 10 foundational physical skills: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. At Blackbird CrossFit Kids, we follow the principle of Mechanics + Consistency before Load + Intensity. By focusing on proper movement first, kids develop physical literacy, perform better in sports, and reduce their risk of injury.
Expert Coaching
Coach Megan brings a wealth of knowledge to the program. A multi-faceted coach with experience teaching kids of all ages, she brings a high energy, fun and educational approach to our CrossFit Kids program.
Healthy Bodies & Strong Minds
Our positive, high-energy coaches help kids build confidence, boost self-esteem, improve body image, and develop lasting healthy habits—all through fitness, fun, and community.
