Your first month at Blackbird begins with our Foundations Program—no experience needed, just a willingness to learn.
You’ll complete 4 small group or private sessions, get unlimited access to regular classes, and work with a nutrition coach in our Healthy Habits Accountability Group for a full fitness and wellness kickstart.
Program Details
4 Special Sessions
Foundations includes four sessions covering technique, recovery, nutrition, and goal setting. Join a group starting monthly on Wednesdays at 6 PM, or schedule private sessions at your convenience.

At Blackbird, safety comes first. CrossFit isn’t about going the fastest or lifting the most—it’s about moving well, consistently. Your coach will help correct movement patterns and provide smart scaling options to ensure a safe, effective start to your journey.
Data Focused
We track your progress with real data—from a baseline workout at the start and end of Foundations to an InBody scan that measures fat loss and muscle gain. See your growth, feel the difference.
