6-Week Olympic Lifting Cycle
Sharpen your technique and boost performance in the snatch or clean & jerk—depending on the focus of the cycle. This program includes expert coaching, targeted programming, and accessory work to help you hit your weightlifting goals.
$80 per cycle
Custom Weightlifting Programming
Build strength, break PRs, and perform at your peak with fully personalized Olympic lifting programming tailored to your goals. Includes private coaching, ongoing technique video analysis, and meet-day support. $125/month

Blackbird Barbell Club is led by Chris Richelderfer, a USA Weightlifting & Sport Performance Coach, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, and accomplished Olympic lifting competitor. With a proven track record of guiding athletes to podium finishes at regional meets and Masters Nationals—including two podiums at the 2023 USAW Masters Nationals—Chris brings elite-level expertise and experience to every lifter.
