Blackbird’s Powerlifting Club is a specialty program designed to improve your raw strength. Focused on the deadlift, squat and bench press, this program builds form, technique and strength whether you are looking to compete or simply building lasting strength over your lifespan.
Program Details
Cycles expertly programmed to coincide with meets
We work through hypertrophy, strength and peaking blocks within each cycle and the lengths of each are dependent upon any meets or goals our club is working towards. We culminate each cycle in a fun and energizing max out day with the Powerlifting Crew!
2x/week or 1x/week Options
Separate programming for each option to meet your schedule and needs! Both options utilize progressive overload and build upon the previous week's workout. You'll tackle Squat, Bench and Deadlift and purposely crafted accessory work to help you reach your fullest potential.
Blackbird Powerlifting Club
An official USA Powerlifting (USAPL) sanctioned barbell club dedicated to developing strength, skill, and competitive performance.
World-Class Coaching
Led by 3 awesome coaches: Andi O'Connell - a powerlifter since 2016, 2nd at USAPL Arnold's Sports Festival Full Raw Power (2019) and 1st in the Squat Challenge (2019), 5th place at USAPL 2018 Nationals, many 1st place medals locally.
