It's a foundational 8-week program designed to empower you with? sustainable daily habits ?across all areas of your well-being. We'll help you build a personalized "blueprint" for a healthier, stronger, and happier you.?

And we'll provide the ACCOUNTABILITY to keep you going strong until it's solidified in your daily life.

? EXPERT GUIDANCE & SUPPORT:  Led by our dedicated Health & Wellness Coach, Jackie Bednarczyk, you'll get clear guidance & education, daily nutrition & habit tracking through the EverFit app, and the invaluable support of a non-judgmental community.
